Order handling generally requires approximately 1–2 business days once payment clears; estimated travel with the carrier is another 3–5 business days, not a promise of arrival.

Checkout determines the available service level, charge, and whether the cart earns free shipping. Accurate delivery, email, and phone details are required, and we provide carrier tracking when issued.

Delays and delivery issues

Transit can take longer because of severe conditions, peak demand, destination limits, a carrier review, or incomplete details. Report missing scans, suspected loss, an unlocated delivery, or damage with the order reference, checkout email, tracking number, and supporting images if needed.
